Job summary

Home in Place is seeking a Branch Manager for Housing & Tenancy Services in the Mid-North Coast region. Based in Taree, you will lead a dedicated housing team and deliver tenancy and property management services across the Mid North Coast.

You will drive service excellence, manage branch performance, and build strong relationships with tenants, community organisations and local stakeholders while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within community housing, property management or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management practices and relevant legislation.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Well-developed problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience building positive and productive team cultures.
• Current Driver Licence

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of housing professionals.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
• Monitor branch performance including tenancy outcomes, arrears and vacancies.
• Support a positive and customer-focused team culture.
• Manage workloads, resources and priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and organisational requirements.
