• Experience leading teams within community housing, social housing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management practices and housing legislation.
• Proven ability to drive operational outcomes and continuous improvement.

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of housing professionals.
• Managing day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
• Monitoring branch performance including tenancy outcomes, arrears and vacancies.
