Home in Place is seeking a Branch Manager for Housing & Tenancy Services in the Mid-North Coast region. Based in Taree, you will lead a dedicated housing team and deliver tenancy and property management services across the Mid North Coast.

You will drive service excellence, manage branch performance, and build strong relationships with tenants, community organisations and local stakeholders while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within community housing, property management or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management practices and relevant legislation.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Well-developed problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience building positive and productive team cultures.
• Current Driver Licence

The Role

Based in Taree, you will lead a dedicated team delivering tenancy and property management services throughout the Mid North Coast region. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll support your team to deliver quality services while building strong relationships with tenants, community organisations and local stakeholders. You'll play an important role in supporting tenancy outcomes, driving service excellence and ensuring the branch continues to deliver positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities.

Key responsibilities include:
