Job summary

As Territory Manager for Linde you will nurture existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory, with a focus on value-based selling and sustainable margin growth.

You will work with strong operational and technical teams to manage customer portfolios in the Bega/Batemans Bay area, expanding market share while ensuring contract compliance and superior service.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of field sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (industrial, energy, or technical preferred).
• Clean and valid driver's license is required.
• Strong customer focus with results orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain and develop customer portfolios in the Bega/Batemans Bay area.
• Ensure calls targets are met and provide monthly planners and reports on due dates.
