Job summary

Elgas Limited in Batemans Bay (NSW) invites a Territory Manager to drive LPG sales, manage existing customer portfolios, and grow market share across the Bega and Batemans Bay area. You will coordinate with branches to achieve budgets and build trade alliances.

The role requires 2–3 years of field sales experience, a clean driver’s licence, and strong negotiation and communication skills. You’ll maintain customer relationships and report on margins and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of field sales experience.
• Clean and valid driver’s licence.
• Strong customer focus.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve LP Gas sales budget and product group objectives.
• Facilitate bulk installation sales as appropriate.
• Maintain and develop existing customer base volumes and margins.
• Maintain customer relationships and schedule customer contact for maximum call value.
• Complete a minimum of 95% of calls as per monthly call schedule.
• Submit Monthly planners and reports on due dates.
• Identify load build opportunities and pass leads for follow up.
• Report on all product categories in branch regarding margin, volume and competitor activity.
• Re-sign customer accounts and prepare Business Approval Model for re-signs.
• Establish and maintain customer data via EWS screens.
• Develop trade allies and ensure they are serviced.
• Meet and exceed Business Development targets monthly.
