Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a Regency Club Manager to lead daily operations of the Regency Club, delivering personalised experiences to guests. You will inspire and develop a talented team while upholding Hyatt brand standards and a people-centred culture.

The role requires premium hospitality experience, strong leadership, and availability midweek to Sundays, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences in Sydney's CBD.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium hotels or a similar service environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a genuine passion for people.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday with 12:00–20:00 shifts and flexibility.
• A current NSW RSA and full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, presentation and operational standards.
• Manage staffing and payroll in line with operational requirements.
• Oversee requisitioning, replenishment and buffet presentation.
• Coordinate pre-arrival planning, including VIPs, guest histories and special requests.
• Ensure check in and check out processes meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Deliver personalised guest service, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Champion Hyatt's brand standards and values, ensuring a consistent and elevated guest experience.
• Lead, coach and develop the Regency Club team.
