Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a Regency Club Manager to lead the daily operations of the Regency Club, delivering personalised experiences to our valued guests. You will lead, inspire and develop a talented team while maintaining caring, people-centred service and presentation.

Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's CBD, the role demands strong leadership, exceptional service, and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hotels or similar service environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Availability to work Wed–Sun, 12pm–8pm, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, delivering exceptional service and standards.
• Manage staffing and payroll in line with operational requirements.
• Oversee requisitioning, replenishment and buffet presentation.
• Coordinate pre-arrival planning, including VIPs and special requests.
• Ensure check-in and check-out processes meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Deliver personalised guest service, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Champion Hyatt’s brand standards and values, ensuring a consistent and elevated guest experience.
• Lead, coach and develop the Regency Club team.
