Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking an experienced Full-Time Bar Team Leader for the Lobby Lounge in the heart of the city. You will lead the bar team, coach staff, and work closely with the Bar Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences while managing costs and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings strong cocktail knowledge, a passion for service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment. Full working rights in Australia and a flexible night/weekend roster are required.

Qualifications

• Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment.
• Previous experience with leading and coaching a team.
• Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails.
• An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment.
• Ability to provide professional customer service.
• Excellent presentation and grooming.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the bar team alongside the Bar Manager to maximise profitability with minimal cost.
