Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking an experienced Full-Time Bar Team Leader for the Lobby Lounge. The role focuses on leading the bar team, maintaining high service standards and delivering premium guest experiences in a busy city hotel.

The ideal candidate will have strong cocktail knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends. Full working rights in Australia and RSA are required.

Formación

• Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails.
• Ability to provide professional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the bar team to deliver high service standards.
• Work with Bar Manager to maximise profitability and manage costs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and professional presentation.
