Job summary

CBH Group in Western Australia is seeking a Lead – Rail Performance to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the rail network supporting WA grain movements from sites to port and beyond. You will collaborate with scheduling, planning, operations, rail operators and infrastructure partners to challenge assumptions and drive practical improvements.

You will guide discussions, review schedules, monitor performance and share insights to support safe, efficient network outcomes and KPI-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in rail logistics, scheduling, planning or train operations.
• Understanding of performance, constraints and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to investigate issues.
• Confident communication to challenge constructively and drive outcomes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office with data-led discussions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with internal teams, rail operators and partners to support reliable rail performance.
• Review rail schedules and constraints to align capacity with CBH's demand.
• Monitor performance against the schedule and investigate losses.
• Provide rail operations advice to schedulers, planners and project teams.
• Contribute to rail performance KPIs, reporting and improvement initiatives.
