Job summary

Public Transport Authority is seeking a proactive Performance and Data Coordinator to monitor, report and improve rail service performance across our network in Western Australia. You will coordinate data collection, validation, analysis and reporting to provide timely insights that inform decisions and improve service reliability.

You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, maintain data integrity, and enhance reporting environments using PowerBI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in data collection, validation and reporting.
• Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities
