Job summary

CBH Group in Western Australia seeks a finance-focused professional to support performance, administration and risk management of CBH Grain’s pools and grower risk products. You will maintain accurate positions across a diverse portfolio and help maximise value within approved limits.

The role is fixed-term until 30 September 2027 and reports to the Head of Structured Products. You will develop risk strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships and work across trading operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in finance, business, economics or related discipline.
• Experience in financial markets, trading operations or risk management.
• Exposure to commodity, derivative or FX markets and trading risk principles.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced computer literacy.
• Ability to build strong internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Exposure to grain industry or agricultural commodities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate pool and risk positions to support reporting and P&L analysis.
• Develop and execute risk management strategies across the product suite.
• Review product processes and work instructions for efficiency, accuracy and controls.
• Contribute to governance of CBH Grain pools and grower risk products.
