Job summary

Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a Superintendent Projects Rail for a Perth-based role. You will deliver sustaining capital projects across the Rail Network, reporting to the Manager Sustaining Capital, and coordinate with operations for safety, reliability and improvement initiatives.

You will lead and mentor a team of project leads and engineers, ensuring projects are executed safely, within budget and schedule, with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a technical leadership role in an operational setting.
• Proven experience in project execution supervision in rail assets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a portfolio of brownfield rail projects from initiation to execution.
• Lead Project Leads and Engineers and mentor staff.
• Support development, reporting and tracking of execution plans, finances and schedules with stakeholders.
