Imaging Associates is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Radiology department in Wonthaggi. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate service, coordinating appointments, and supporting the clinical team to ensure efficient imaging services.

Formación

• Experience delivering high-quality patient-facing service.
• Strong communication with patients, referrers, and hospital staff.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in bookings and invoicing.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Willingness to work a rostered 8-hour shift (8am–6pm, Mon–Fri).
• Experience in medical administration is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming patients and informing them about their appointment.
• Liaising with hospital staff to facilitate patient imaging.
• Managing calls and patient bookings.
• Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers.
• Managing patient invoicing and receipting.
