Imaging Associates (IA) is a doctor-led, highly respected and rapidly growing radiology business with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga. IA prides itself on providing cutting edge diagnostic imaging services with a focus on clinical and patient excellence.

We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth, compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.

What will you be doing?

As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

You may be an experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in your career, or you may be looking for a career change and to use your transferrable customer service skills. • Availability to work across a 5-day rotating roster that covers the operational hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
