• Comfort with technology and office software.
• Availability to work across a 5-day rotating roster (8am–6pm).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing information about their appointment.
• Managing calls and patient bookings.
• Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers.
• Managing patient invoicing and receipts.
