Lake Imaging Pty Ltd in Geelong is seeking an experienced Radiology Bookings Team Leader to supervise and support our Booking Centre. You will lead day-to-day bookings, monitor KPIs, and coordinate activities across modalities and sites to ensure top-quality patient experience.

You will drive continuous improvement, staff development, and effective reporting while maintaining strong client and referrer relations in a busy radiology environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in bookings or call-centre environments.
• Experience with radiology bookings, patient access, or medical scheduling.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and performance-monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day radiology bookings across sites and modalities.
• Supervise the Booking Centre team and provide leadership and support.
• Monitor call KPIs: volumes, wait times, abandonment, and productivity.
• Ensure booking quality and workflow adherence to service standards.
• Prepare and analyse Booking Centre performance reports.
• Support recruitment activities, including shortlisting and interviewing.
• Lead training for booking staff, including onboarding.
• Act as escalation point for complex bookings and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of booking workflows.
