Job summary

Lake Imaging Geelong seeks a friendly Booking Agent to be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound calls, managing bookings, and advising on pre-visit requirements at our Geelong site.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, patient-focused service, and comfort with computer systems. Prior medical reception or RIS/PACS experience is highly regarded, with in-house training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, articulates clearly and empathetically.
• Experience in customer service or high-volume call centre roles.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems quickly.
• Proactive attitude to training and development.
• Health/medical reception experience is highly regarded.
• RIS/PACS systems experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Located in our Booking Centre in Geelong, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. If you enjoy working in a lively inbound call centre environment, this is the perfect role for you!

You’ll use your superstar customer service skills to manage appointment enquiries and bookings. Ideally, you’ll have experience in the medical or radiology field, but if you’re passionate about the health industry, we want to hear from you!
