Job summary

Westpac is seeking an Associate Director, Pursuit Manager in Sydney to lead bid development for Global Transactions Services. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, shaping client-focused proposals and persuasive sales content for institutional clients.

You’ll drive complex tenders from brief to final submission and support pitches, with a focus on clear messaging and timely delivery in a busy banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex tenders, RFPs and proactive proposals from brief to submission.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination across multiple contributors and deadlines.
• Experience in banking or financial services with institutional/client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of compelling bids and tender responses reflecting client needs and Westpac’s value proposition.
• Coordinate contributions from Deal Leads and stakeholders across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Pricing, Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
• Support client pitches and presentations and maintain high-quality content for sales materials.
