Rubrik is hiring an Account Executive for the Public Sector/Govt/Federal segment, based in Canberra. You will lead strategic sales to public sector accounts, build and manage a robust pipeline, and co-sell with partners to drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of tech sales experience in public sector, a strong track record of new logos, and hands-on pipeline generation with partner collaboration. This role is based in Canberra and requires a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years tech sales experience targeting Public Sector / Govt / Federal customers.
• Proven track record landing net new logos and growing existing accounts.
• Hands-on with pipeline generation and collaboration with inside sales and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quota in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for multiple strategic transactions.
• Identify and close new opportunities in public sector accounts.
• Co-sell with partners, distributors and VARs to enable rapid growth.
• Provide management with market feedback and identify channel partnerships.
