Job summary

In Balance Physio and Pilates in Manly, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Part-time Receptionist to join our friendly front-of-house team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and maintain accurate client records to support our physiotherapy and Pilates studio.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organisational skills, can work independently, and enjoys a health and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-time Receptionist to join our team at our Manly, NSW practice. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service to our clients and supporting the smooth running of our physiotherapy and Pilates studio.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and the desire to be part of an administration team.

The role may involve some early starts, later finishes and longer days.The applicant would need flexibilityto occasionally cover days when other reception/admin staff are on annual or sick leave.
