Job summary

In Balance Physio and Pilates in Manly, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Part-time Receptionist to join our friendly front-of-house team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and maintain accurate client records to support our physiotherapy and Pilates studio.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organisational skills, can work independently, and enjoys a health and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment.
• Friendly, positive and professional demeanour.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Scheduling and managing client appointments.
• Handling general inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
• Maintaining accurate client records and administration.
• Assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
• Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Supporting the clinical team as required.
