Job summary
MidCoast Real Estate is seeking a versatile property professional in Forster, NSW, to support both rental portfolio management and active sales activities.
You will interact with landlords, tenants and tradespeople while coordinating maintenance, inspections and marketing support for open homes.
Qualifications
- NSW real estate registration or licence required.
- Previous real estate experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day management of rental portfolio.
- Conduct rental inspections, viewings and tenant applications.
- Communicate with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
- Coordinate maintenance and maintain property records.
- Support our sales team with enquiries, open homes, marketing and administration.
