Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
• Manage outgoings across the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
