Job summary

FW Realty is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to build a career in Property Management. The role provides comprehensive property management services across a portfolio, working with a team that manages building operations and day-to-day management.

You will develop relationships with tenants and owners while managing annual property budgets and contributing to growth through client prospecting and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking.
• Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers.
• Assisting with open for inspections and private appointments/inspections.
• Open for inspection buyer callbacks.
• Lead/buyer nurture and database management.
• Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program.

About the role:

The role is to provide comprehensive property management services across a portfolio of assets, working within a collaborative team that exclusively manages all aspects of building operations and day-to-day management. Working closely with the operations management team, you'll develop strong relationships with tenants and owners while maintaining overall responsibility for the annual budget of each property.
