Harcourts Manly is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our supportive team in Manly. This full-time role offers Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and a chance to manage a diverse property portfolio with strong team support.

You will nurture landlord and tenant relationships, conduct routine inspections, handle rent reviews and renewals, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive office culture. Some work-from-home options are available.

Formación

• Mature and confident in managing a wide range of clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Must have a current driver’s license and a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Routine inspections/Exits and Entries.
• Handle rent reviews, increases, and lease renewals.
• Maximum of 150 properties to manage.
