Job summary

Key tasks include handling landlord/tenant relationships, inspections, maintenance coordination, arrears and tenancy matters, record-keeping, and lease renewals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties. About you

Has previous property management experience

Holds a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration – Property Management

Has a current Australian driver's licence

Has a roadworthy and appropriately insured vehicle

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

Can work effectively under pressure in a busy environment

Works well as part of a team and is willing to assist others when required

Takes direction and follows established systems and procedures

Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to their work
