Qualifications

• Current holder of a C class driver's licence.
• Criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply procurement and financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement and financial documentation: requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Support project scheduling within the district monthly update and reporting cycle.
• Apply recordkeeping principles and standards.
• Provide non-technical support to managers: formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports, and data entry.
