Job summary

Queensland Government's Department of Transport and Main Roads in Rockhampton is seeking a Project Support Officer to bolster the Program Support team and help deliver the QTRIP. You will provide high-level business, project and financial support, assist with scheduling, reporting and governance, support contract administration, and manage accounts payable/receivable using SAP and MS Office.

You’ll help ensure governance, safety compliance and timely delivery of major road and transport projects

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and business support for infrastructure projects.
• Ability to assist with project scheduling, reporting and governance.
• Familiarity with contract administration processes, including payments and variations.

• Provide high-level business, project and financial support for QTRIP projects.
• Assist with project scheduling and program coordination activities.
• Collect, analyse and present information for project and financial reporting.
