Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector. The role may be based at various locations across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on end-to-end delivery of prefabricated electrical solutions with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will coordinate design engineering, fabrication, testing, logistics, and site delivery, leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and site interfaces.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of operational accountability for end-to-end delivery of complex prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions.
• Lead projects from contract handover through final acceptance and coordinate design, fabrication, testing, logistics, site delivery, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners to manage delivery risk and protect project margins.
• Own client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
• Review contractual obligations, bank guarantees, and compliance to protect commercial position.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules for manufacture, testing, and site delivery.
