Job summary

Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a seasoned Document Control professional to support engineering and project delivery. Reporting to the Team Lead Document Control, you will process, register, and track project documentation across our mine-to-refinery scope.

The role is a two-year, full-time fixed term contract based at our Perth Office, with responsibilities including document registration, transmittals, metadata maintenance, and oversight of review workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in document control supporting engineering, construction or major project environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing high volumes of project documentation.
• TeamBinder experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Processing engineering and project documentation.
• Managing document registration, distribution and transmittals.
• Coordinating contractor and vendor document submissions.
• Maintaining project document registers and metadata.
• Tracking document review and approval workflows.
• Assisting with construction, commissioning, as-built and handover documentation.
• Escalating overdue, missing or non-compliant deliverables.
