Job summary

Tank Vision is seeking a Project Administration/Coordinator to support the delivery team. Responsibilities include mobilisation coordination, maintaining project information, and close-out records to ensure crews arrive ready and compliant.

The role requires maintaining registers, calendars, and documentation while overseeing information flow; technical decisions remain with the relevant manager.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation and WHS coordination: Coordinate site inductions, licences, competencies, training, travel, accommodation and mobilisation records.
• Project systems and scheduling: Create project folders, jobs, registers and workflows using approved templates and naming conventions.
• Documents reporting and close-out: Track timesheets, daily reports, ITPs, photographs, test records and subcontractor documents.
