GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking an Administrator to support our Mobilisation & Travel Team from Ascot, Perth. Join a growing, supportive team and contribute to onboarding, medical bookings and documentation across our mobilisation projects.

You will generate certifications, manage training records, and ensure site PPE is issued, with a pathway to become a Mobilisation Coordinator. This role offers weekly pay and a collaborative workplace culture with strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role within construction or engineering is preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Issuing inductions, onboarding packs and site entry documentation.
• Generating Certificates of Competency.
• Booking and coordinating medicals.
• Training administration and compliance tracking.
• Issuing approved PPE to site personnel.
