Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a dynamic administrator to support day-to-day activities within the Asset Maintenance Southwest team. You will coordinate with clients and sub-contractors, manage scheduling and liaise with dispatch to handle materials, while collaborating with schedulers, account managers, and logistics teams.

The role suits a hands-on administrator who adds value through quality support and project coordination across clients and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and sub-contract labour forces regarding upcoming planned activity.
• Scheduling
• Adjusting the labour diary based on live changes
• Handling the administration of the materials with the dispatch team
• Working closely with Schedulers, Account Managers, and Yard/Logistics teams
