Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Program Advisor to support the delivery of multiple programs and projects within a large, complex environment in Brisbane. This 12-month contract role focuses on governance, planning and delivery support.

You will assist Program/Project Managers with business cases, initiation documents, plans and status reports, and you will maintain schedules, manage resource planning and timesheet administration. Strong knowledge of PRINCE2/Agile will be valued.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling/tools
• Strong capability across the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in public sector and/or large complex organisations
• Understanding and/or qualifications in PRINCE2, Agile, MSP

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day program/project delivery support across multiple initiatives (PRINCE2 / Agile and similar frameworks)
• Assist Program/Project Managers with business cases, initiation documents, plans, status reports and other key artefacts
• Maintain schedules and support resource planning inclding MS Project or similar
• Support timesheet administration, effort allocation, and reporting
• Prepare and reconcile financial reporting (budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances)
• Maintain risk, issue and change registers
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO ways of working, tools and reporting
