We are looking for an organised and proactive Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through to delivery. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed so that programs deliver on scope, on time, and within budget.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity, can translate strategic goals into practical plans, and builds strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned programs, from initiation and planning through execution, closure, and benefits review.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Identify, track, and escalation risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive them to resolution.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
  • Produce clear, accurate status reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and change requests in line with company processes.
  • Coordinate work across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and other business units.
  • Define success measures and track benefits realisation against agreed targets.
  • Maintain program documentation, including RAID logs, decision logs, and lessons-learned records.
  • Champion continuous improvement in delivery methods and reporting practices.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in program or project management in a business or technology environment.
  • Working knowledge of established delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (for example, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or an Agile certification (for example, CSM or PMI-ACP).
  • Experience using a CRM platform (for example, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365) in a program or reporting context.
  • Experience delivering programs in a SaaS or technology services organisation.
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
