About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish and drive a central program and project management function for a dynamic organisation. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for someone with a passion for governance, process improvement, and enabling teams to deliver complex initiatives effectively.

• Establish, lead, and continuously improve the PMO function, including tools, templates, and reporting processes.
• Provide oversight and governance for programs and projects across the organisation.
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in project delivery.
• Lead and mentor PMO staff to strengthen organisational capability.

• Demonstrated experience leading a PMO or program management function.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, P3O) and governance practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in project/program management or related discipline.
