Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a change management professional to lead people-side change for a large-scale transformation. You will develop strategies, align with leadership, and ensure readiness, adoption and benefits realization across the program.

The role involves working with Suburban Services and Intercity Services leadership, external stakeholders and unions, with hybrid working arrangements and a 10-month fixed-term contract in Burwood.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise change management strategies in complex, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead change across people, process and technology.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the program's change management strategy.
• Ensure organisation readiness, adoption and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with program leads to integrate change activities into delivery plans.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and barriers to adoption.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
