Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Production Print Service professional to deliver high-quality service across Australia. You will handle service calls, diagnose issues, and advise customers on best solutions to meet expectations and KPI targets.

The role requires at least two years in a similar role, strong technical abilities and outstanding customer service, with the ability to perform under pressure. A permanent position with comprehensive benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Amazing customer service.
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
• Strong technical ability and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Production Print service meets customer's expectation.
• Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI's.
• Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
• Improve and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
• Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
