Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Production Technician to join our field service team in Western Australia.

You will perform Production Print service calls, diagnose machine faults, and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving service KPIs. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar position, a tertiary qualification is highly desirable, and the ability to work under pressure with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Qualification required – tertiary qualification highly desired.
• Amazing customer service.
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
• Strong technical ability and knowledge.
• A desire to learn.

Responsabilités

• Perform Production Print service calls that meet service objectives and KPIs.
• Discuss problems and machine faults with customers professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Work with Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve faults and advise customers on service options.
• Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
