Ricoh in Sydney is seeking a customer-focused field service technician to deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales support, install hardware and software on-site and remotely, and train end users.

You will diagnose faults, complete field service calls, and clearly communicate issues and fixes to customers. A driver’s licence and WWCC readiness are required to operate on customer sites.

• Strong technical aptitude and customer-first mindset.
• Experience resolving technical issues and providing on-site service is desirable.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to obtain WWCC is required.

• Deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales support via Service Orders.
• Complete on-site and remote hardware and software installations.
• Provide end-user training on hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues logged via Service Orders.
• Complete field service calls to achieve service objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate faults and solutions professionally to customers.
