Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Production Technician to support our Production Print service in the field. You will ensure service quality, resolve issues on site, and uphold customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs.

This role demands strong technical ability, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Fully maintained vehicle and tools are provided, along with training and devices to perform tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification highly desirable.
• Amazing customer service.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong technical ability and knowledge.
• Desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
• Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
• Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
• Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
• Work with all Production Print staff to deploy service strategies on time and within budget
