Ricoh Imaging Europe is seeking an Account Executive – Production Print to partner with customers, understand business challenges, and deliver innovative Production Print solutions. You will drive growth, manage the sales journey, and build long-term relationships in a fast-paced market.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B sales, Production Print experience, and the ability to generate new business while developing strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role.
• Production Print industry experience or strong understanding of the market.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver growth.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage both new business development and existing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue and unit targets across Production Print portfolio.
• Identify new opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver solution-based sales.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead management and territory planning.
• Develop and present tailored solutions addressing customer needs and objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Ricoh professionally at meetings and events to generate new business.
