Job summary

Viatek Technology in Victoria is seeking a field service technician to service, repair and maintain printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base. The role blends on-site visits with remote support from our Help Desk, diagnosing issues and delivering timely solutions.

If you're mechanically minded with strong customer service, you’ll travel to customer locations across the region, work independently, and participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, repairing, installing or maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Technically minded with troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Comfort driving to customer locations across the region.
• Organised, reliable and pride in quality work.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
• Willing to undertake ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities
