Job summary

Viatek Technology is hiring a field service technician to service printers, photocopiers and production devices at customer sites. You’ll work on-site and remotely through our help desk, diagnosing issues and delivering timely solutions with a focus on customer relationships.

We welcome applicants with mechanical trades or related experience, and we’ll provide onboarding, mentoring and access to manufacturer training to support your development in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing mechanical equipment, including printers and photocopiers, or similar technical infrastructure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and manage own day.
• Ability to work independently and stay organised.
• Basic computer skills and openness to learning new technology.
• Willing to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
