Qualifications

• Experience servicing, repairing, installing or maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Technically minded with problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own day.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations in the region.
• Organised, reliable and pride in quality work.
• Basic computer skills and readiness to learn new technology.
• Willing to undertake ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and support printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base.
• Work on-site at customer locations and remotely via the Remote Support Help Desk, diagnosing issues and delivering timely solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.
