• Experience servicing, repairing, installing or maintaining mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install or maintain printers, photocopiers and production devices across customer sites.
• Operate on-site and provide remote support through the Help Desk.
• Diagnose issues, deliver timely solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
• Work independently and manage daily schedules across the region.
