Qualifications

• Experience in workplace, facilities, office coordination, corporate concierge, property or luxury hospitality.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workplace and facilities operations.
• Provide premium concierge support to employees and senior stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct office inspections and ensure spaces are maintained to a high standard.
• Process invoices and assist with budget and financial administration.
• Support internal events and workplace initiatives.
• Assist with WHS/OHS compliance and workplace safety.
