Job summary

JLL Australia seeks a dedicated Facility Coordinator to oversee a broad range of workplace and facilities activities across Front of House and Back of House operations. You will engage with stakeholders and coordinate services to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role covers meetings, mailroom and procurement, safety, and continuous improvement, with CMMS and booking tools experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities coordination or related roles.
• Strong understanding of workplace operations and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with CMMS, booking tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations to support business continuity.
• Assist with meetings, events, and workplace technology setup.
• Coordinate mailroom, procurement, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor service delivery and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support safety, security, and compliance activities.
