Job summary

CBRE in Sydney CBD is seeking a Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator to deliver a world-class service experience to employees and guests.

You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, issue passes, and coordinate activities while upholding security protocols. This role sits within the Workplace Experience team and focuses on creating a welcoming, efficient environment across the designated building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
• Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet warmly and issue passes.
• Answer the telephone professionally to make a memorable first impression.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees and guests.
• Provide team support including office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Follow security and emergency procedures to ensure safety of all individuals.
• Identify and solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate solutions from established options; impact team via service quality.
• Follow standardized procedures with regular supervision.
